Kim Caughlin 

Global knowledge, Facilitator / Instructional Designer

Kim Caughlin is a seasoned business professional with over 25 years of consulting, sales, marketing and management experience. Kim combines her business acumen with a passion for training, program design, coaching, consulting and process facilitation. Her energy, enthusiasm and expertise are sought after in all sectors-public, private and not-for-profit-and at all levels, from senior executives to front-line employees. She is experienced in designing and delivering effective sales, leadership, communication and on-boarding programs.


Kim applies a multitude of training methods to designing and delivering training in both large and small group settings, deftly balancing a blend of lecture, conversation, group work, case studies, and exercises into her deliveries. Kim employs these methods with the ultimate goal of facilitating a collaborative, open, and productive learning environment for her audiences, establishing authority and building trust between herself and her students.

Lee-Anne McAlear

Global Knowledge, Facilitator / Instructional Designer

Lee-Anne McAlear has over 25 years of experience in the consulting, speaking, training and development fields. She has an extensive background in all aspects of leadership, strategic planning, change management, and innovation. She has experience with curriculum development and customized leadership programs with expertise in:

• Leadership

• Innovation frameworks


Lee-Anne has worked globally in 31 countries with both public and private organizations. She has done extensive work with a leading Canadian university and their executive education programs. She is also on the Executive Board of the International Association of Innovation Professionals (IAOIP). She is a Featured speaker at The National Speaker’s Bureau.

Recently, Lee-Anne has added to her public sector experience by working in the leadership, communication and conflict management space with government agencies such as Ministry of Children and Youth Services, Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Ontario Telemedicine Network. The Treasury Board Secretariat – Learn IT, Bank of Canada, Infoway, and Canada Post, to name a few.

Randall Vickerson

Global Knowledge, Facilitator 

Randall Vickerson is an experienced leadership coach, facilitator and speaker with over 15 years experience in Leadership Development and owner of Solution Development Group. Known for his energetic style and passion for helping leaders, Randall has taught and consulted on the practices of emotional intelligence, collaboration and change management. He has worked with a range of organizations across North America as well as Europe and Asia and delivered to conferences of 50-500 people. Randall’s career includes 12 years in financial services, starting his career with a bond desk at Dean Witter and then holding roles as currency trader, relationship manager, people manager and 4 years as an on-staff coach with Invesco.


Randall’s passion in working with people motivates participants to engage with the learning, develop new strategies and skills that get positive results for them and their organization. Randall’s highly knowledgeable, energetic and results oriented approach creates participant centered sessions that are relevant and meaningful.
