We are Solution Focused

In a modernized police force we need to be able to quickly absorb information, weed out what is not pertinent, and come up with solutions that ultimately are in the public interest.

How can I be Solution Focused?

What are our members saying about this competency?

We critically analyze situations (including evidence, goals, constraints and risks) to identify solutions and make sound decisions. We gather information as needed, develop and weigh alternatives, and choose the best course of action.
